About The Position

Urology San Antonio is looking for a compassionate, detail-driven HR Leave Specialist to join our supportive and collaborative HR team. In this key role, you'll manage employee leaves (FMLA, ADA, personal), guide employees and managers through the leave process, and support new hires through onboarding and orientation. You'll also assist with compliance, benefits education, and employee relations, making you a trusted partner across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on leave administration and employee relations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and employment law
• A love for helping people and building strong relationships
• Bachelor's degree required
