The HR & Finance Business Analyst will provide support for DEQ's Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP and EPM implementations. This position will improve DEQ’s ability to complete its mission by helping plan, implement and maintain solutions to make DEQ operations more efficient and effective. The business analyst represents business units on technology projects in the agency by performing business process reengineering, requirements development, testing and implementation activities along with post-production support. Additionally, this position will be involved in developing technical solutions using agency-approved tools.
