About The Position

We're looking for a resourceful and highly organized HR/Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced, team-driven environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people, and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. You'll support key HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, while collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless experience for all employees, including our valued migrant and H-2A workforce. You'll also serve as the go-to person for sr management support and administrative office needs, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field OR a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience (or 4+ years in an administrative role with HR exposure).
  • Experience supporting migrant/H-2A workforce programs preferred.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Experience working with migrant/H-2A workforce programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, responsive HR support to employees, managers, and external partners, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct background/reference checks, and coordinate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Assist in coordinating H-2A visa processing, compliance, housing, transportation, and integration efforts, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, process employment changes (hires, promotions, separations), and assist with payroll and HRIS updates.
  • Support training, benefits, and engagement initiatives, including migrant worker programs, employee communication and recognition, and company events.
  • Collect and analyze HR data, generate reports, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations, including those related to migrant and H-2A workers.
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate break room essentials, and ensure common areas are well-stocked and organized to support a productive workplace.
  • Coordinate travel and meetings and support special projects.
