Groundswell is seeking a n HR Intern to help support Groundswell’s internal labor compliance and employee relations operations . This role is responsible for carrying out preliminary research, documenting meeting mi n utes , and assisting with audit and annual filing preparations , da ta anal ysis and policy mo ni toring . The ideal candidate has an interest in labor law, understanding how statute s and regulations influence policy, an analytical mindset, and a willingness to take on challenges. This role sits in the People Operations team reporting to the Lead of the Benefits Center of Excellence.
