Position is responsible for providing a range of services to leaders focusing on strategic HR and Talent and Business Partnership. Performs as a trusted collaborator and advisor to senior level leadership and management in areas of change management, organization effectiveness, work environment, culture and leadership. Possesses solid understanding of all HR functions and works with business clients and/or HR partners in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management. Typically reports to AVP, Human Resources. THE HR DIRECTOR WILL SUPPORT GREATER HEIGHTS AND MEMORIAL CITY CAMPUSES.
