Requirements

• Proven HR experience (required)

Nice To Haves

• Degree or certification in HR or a related field (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Ensure all HR practices meet current laws and compliance standards
• Maintain and manage employee files, policies, and onboarding documents
• Oversee benefits-related tasks, including insurance and 401(k) administration
• Provide support in HR conversations and coaching moments
• Partner with leadership to protect and strengthen our culture
