About The Position

The HR Director at TD Securities is responsible for aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, providing consultative HR support to senior leaders, and driving key HR initiatives. This role involves partnering with various business units to enhance talent management, organizational effectiveness, and overall HR practices to support the company's growth and competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 7-10 years of related HR experience, preferably in Capital Markets.
  • Experience as a business manager or COO.
  • Knowledge of compliance and infrastructure in HR practices.
  • SHRM Certification is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a senior HRBP role within Capital Markets.
  • Familiarity with risk management and compliance functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the business strategy and execute key HR initiatives.
  • Provide consultative HR support to a portfolio of leaders.
  • Develop HR strategies in partnership with business leaders.
  • Deliver insights and analytics to support organizational goals.
  • Consult with the executive team on talent development and succession planning.
  • Act as a change agent within the organization.
  • Manage complex HR deliverables and guide businesses on leveraging HR services.
