Allied Universal® is hiring a Director, Retirement Benefits. The Director, Retirement Benefits is responsible for the day-to-day administration, management, funding, compliance, reporting, communications, employer matching and oversight of all retirement plans offered by Allied Universal Services, including plans acquired through acquisitions. This role will provide strategic leadership in managing the Retirement Plan programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supports employees with information about their retirement options. The Director, Retirement Benefits will work closely with HR, finance, Union Admin, Payroll and internal partners along external vendors to carry out the daily operations and to implement the retirement benefit strategies that align with the company's goals. Location: Position sits in Conshohocken/Philadelphia, PA or Irvine, CA.
