About The Position

Seagate is seeking a motivated intern to support the HR Digital and Data Enablement Team. This role focuses on leveraging technology to enhance HR processes, improve data integrity, and boost user productivity. The intern will assist in implementing digital solutions, creating training materials, and managing project deliverables, all while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Current Bachelor's student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or related major.
• Ability to learn GUI software platforms quickly (no coding experience necessary).
• Experience with group projects and leadership, sharing ideas.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal acumen.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

• Interest in or prior experience with global audiences.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with digital solution implementation projects including planning, testing, communication, rollout, and post go live support.
• Create training materials to enable end users' adoption of new digital solutions.
• Create and manage deliverables for various projects.
• Develop insightful recommendations from large amounts of information.
• Facilitate and attend cross-functional meetings and work sessions.
• Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
