The consultant will act as a trusted data strategy advisor, helping shape how HR data is structured, governed, and operationalized for analytics, reporting, and regulatory needs. Additionally, the position supports data governance, audit enablement, and acts as a strategic liaison between HR analytics teams and data platform partners to ensure data pipelines are fit-for-purpose and analytics-ready.
