HR Data Scientist (People Analytics) The Role We're looking for an HR Data Scientist to join our People Analytics Center of Excellence. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in machine learning, AI, and HR data to design and deploy predictive models that inform strategic workforce decisions, from talent acquisition to retention and mobility. You'll work hands-on in Databricks, using scalable data science workflows to turn complex people data into actionable insights that shape how we attract, develop, and retain talent.
