About The Position

A large, multi-site organization is seeking an experienced HR Data & Reporting Analyst to support enterprise talent analytics and HR reporting initiatives. This role focuses on collecting, structuring, analyzing, and visualizing HR data to support strategic decision-making and business requirements. The analyst will partner closely with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop automated reports, dashboards, and insights while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in HR data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets from multiple systems
  • Experience designing dashboards and automated reports
  • Strong data validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance skills
  • Ability to translate data findings into actionable insights for leadership

Responsibilities

  • Gather, structure, and analyze HR data from multiple systems and sources
  • Present data in secure, accurate, and user-friendly formats
  • Build reliable, cross-validated reports for data research, audits, and troubleshooting
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports providing insights into key HR metrics
  • Ensure timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports using secure distribution methods
  • Collaborate with HR and technical teams to define report requirements and specifications
  • Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to recommend and implement solutions
  • Research and resolve data quality issues
  • Enhance analytics capabilities by improving processes and exploring new tools
  • Partner with business teams on project requests, prioritization, and delivery
