Join UChicago Medicine, as an HR Data Analytics Analyst in the HR Technology & Analytics department. This position is a remote, work from home opportunity and you may be based outside of the greater Chicagoland area. As an HR Data Analytics Analyst, you will serve as an HR Analytics subject matter expert and support leaders across the organization in the utilization of HR dashboards and analytics to support the achievement of business objectives. In this position, you will also provide reports and analyses in response to ad hoc requests and communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders. The HR Data Analytics Analyst communicates analyses and provides insights to leadership by summarizing conclusions, translating analytics into clear, understandable themes, and identifying analytic results that drive actionable insights.
