This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making within the HR department and across the organization.   • Collect HR data from various sources, including HRIS, applicant tracking system, surveys, and other systems. Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast future trends.
  • Define and track key HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. With oversight from HR leadership, develop benchmarks and targets to monitor progress and performance.
  • Conduct talent analytics to support workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives. Parter with HR business partners to identify talent gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze employee engagement survey data to assess employee sentiment, identify areas for improvement, and drive engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide analytical support for special projects, initiatives, and requests from HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field required or equivalent years of experience.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or a related field required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar required.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment required.
  • Master's degree in Data Analytics preferred
  • Knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and best practices preferred.
