Role Summary We are seeking an HR Data Analyst who will contribute to compensation programs and processes by completing assigned tasks to help maintain innovative pay programs. The Analyst will gather data and analyze compensation trends in the external market, make recommendations to ensure that T. Rowe Price jobs are appropriately aligned for internal equity and external competitiveness and partner with more senior professionals to ensure compliance and accuracy of work. They will act as a consultant between the compensation team and other areas of HR and the business. If you have 2+ years of data analysis and/or compensation experience, we want to hear from you. This role offers the opportunity to learn and advance your skills and experience in consulting and data analytics.
