This position contributes to REI's success by analyzing data & insights for the Human Resources division. The HR Data Analyst will help establish HR data governance processes that can be used to build accurate and relevant HR data. Additionally, this position will analyze HR data to drive the creation of insights that can be used to help leaders make data-informed decisions about our workforce and to enable our organizational goals. Reviewing datasets from the HRIS and other HR and business data sources, the HR Data Analyst will help with creation and maintenance of recurring HR metrics that matter as well as ad-hoc data projects/presentations and other resources to assist in helping consumers understand how to interpret and use data and analytics. Ultimately, the HR Data Analyst will help evolve HR data from manual reporting to automated dashboards. The HR Data Analyst will collaborate with other data owners in HR to help drive coordination and alignment of data, in accordance with Co-op standards, mission, and values.
