About The Position

In the U.S., Mattamy is represented in 11 markets - Charlotte, Dallas, Jacksonville, Naples, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, Sarasota, Southeast Florida, Tampa, and Tucson. As an HR Coordinator, you will assist the HR leadership team with project coordination, communications, report preparation, meeting scheduling, expense reporting, document scanning, printing, filing, shipping, and other administrative tasks. You will act as the office manager by maintaining a neat and organized breakroom and kitchen area, managing office and breakroom supplies, and coordinating building and equipment service needs. You will support the talent acquisition function as needed, ensuring that new hires have a smooth onboarding experience and coordinating required training, screenings, and certification completions for new hires. Additionally, you will organize events, maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and promote a positive workplace culture.
