Responsibilities

• Manage cost containment and incentive programs to optimize profitability.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR plans that support business growth.
• Partner with leadership to execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy.
• Conduct quarterly staffing analysis to ensure organizational effectiveness.
• Connect with local hiring agencies and host hiring events to build community relationships.
• Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
