About The Position

We are seeking a Human Reources Coordinator. In this exciting role, you will: Assist with the new employee hiring process by collecting all new hire completed paperwork and I9 documentation. Inform applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits and duties. Assist with the hiring process for new employees. Respond to all employment reference and verification inquiries. Assist with the coordination of Hospital Orientation. Perform all clerical functions including typing, mailings, distribution of memos and other correspondence, maintenance of personnel records, departmental records/reports and department inventory and supplies. Complete reports and audits as assigned Participate in hospital survey process, performance evaluations, open enrollments and other special projects. Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
  • Bacholar degree required.
  • 2+ years experience in HR related field preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented and work well independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Typing ability of 45+ wpm, knowledge of Word required, Excel, Access and Human Resource Information Systems/Database and ATS System preferred.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Push, pull and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Intermittent sitting, standing, walking, bending and stooping.
  • Repetitive typing/keying.
