About The Position

As demand grows for our award-winning outdoor furniture made from recycled plastics, our peak season continues to expand. To support our recruiting team and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every applicant and new hire, we are adding a HR Coordinator to our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and providing clear, supportive guidance in both English and Spanish. At POLYWOOD®, the HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting high-volume hiring by managing interview scheduling, maintaining accurate hiring data, improving HR tools, and supporting professional hiring communications. In addition to operational and data responsibilities, this role supports HR-related social media postings by creating clear, professional, and on-brand content that promotes open roles, hiring events, and employment messaging. Strong grammar, attention to tone, and brand consistency are essential. This position is part of our Interval Flexpath program, offering full-time hours during peak season with built-in time off during the off-season.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and HR tracking
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar
  • Ability to create polished, on-brand hiring content for social media
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring leaders
  • Serve as the main point of contact for applicants and new hires
  • Support onboarding by preparing documentation and guiding new hires through required steps
  • Complete accurate, high-volume data entry across HR systems and spreadsheets
  • Maintain and improve Excel/Google Sheets trackers for hiring and onboarding
  • Identify workflow improvements to reduce errors and manual effort
  • Create and post professional, on-brand HR content for social media
