As an HR Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic HR team, providing essential support within employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, and employee engagement. You'll handle key administrative functions such as onboarding, while ensuring a seamless experience for managers and new hires. We are looking for someone who wants to grow and make a positive and personal impact within the employee experience and rapid growth of Southland. This role will bring opportunities to enhance processes, build relationships, and grow your HR skills to make an impact in a people-centered organization. Although your primary employee base will be the California locations, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate across our company. This is not a remote role and will prioritize working hours on location, with travel up to 10% outside of the Garden Grove, CA office.
