Pilgrim's wants YOU to join our team! As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting complex Alchemy training sessions, recommending program changes or enhancements to meet training requirements, and scheduling and coordinating training for multiple sessions. You will also meet with trainers, supervisors, Human Resources, and Benefits coordinators to review training materials and processes, participate on HR and company committees, and handle general office procedures including phone calls and filing. Other duties may be assigned as needed or required.
