About The Position
Kennesaw State University is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the HR team and assigned units, ensuring efficient HR operations. This role involves coordination of HR processes, handling administrative tasks, onboarding and offboarding employees, HRIS management, and addressing workers' compensation and unemployment inquiries. The HR Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for initial questions for designated units and will ensure compliance with university, state, federal, and other regulatory rules, policies, and procedures. The position requires maintaining a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality while facilitating effective communication and service delivery within the HR department and to the university community.
