As an HR Coordinator & Sr. Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and oversee the day-to-day office operations. Your responsibilities will include: Support HR Functions: Recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and document management. HR Projects Coordination: Organize and coordinate HR-related projects, training sessions, meetings, and community outreach events. Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assist with benefits administration, and payroll processing. Office Management. Embrace and spearhead a safety-first environment: Ensure workplace health and safety compliance and promote a culture where safety is a top priority. Financials: Prepare and track budgets, expenses, and invoices. Generate comprehensive reports.
