As a member of the Division of Student Life Human Resources (HR) team, the HR Coordinator/Recruiter will provide dedicated support for recruitment of staff within the Division. This position has primary responsibility for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including reviewing job descriptions and creating job postings, executing job advertising, screening applicant submissions, providing phone screening and interview support, participating in interviews as needed, processing job offers, and facilitating background checks. The HR Coordinator/Recruiter will ensure an excellent customer service approach and positive candidate experience throughout all recruitment and pre-onboarding processes. The Division of Student Life is comprised of staff that embrace new ideas and thoughts, works together to keep our students safe, and provides them with life-changing experiences. The Division of Student Life includes 15 departments that span from Recreation Services to the Office of Leadership, Service and Civic Engagement and everything in between.
