About The Position
Velocity is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations, with a focus on benefits coordination and employee support. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, an interest in learning HR processes, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. This role will support HR initiatives including employee benefits, onboarding, compliance tracking, and HR documentation. This is a hybrid opportunity where you can work 1 to 2 days remotely. Must be able to work onsite at our Holland, OH office location.
