About The Position

The HR Coordinator at Wrigley Field, part of Compass Group, is responsible for providing clerical functions and administrative support to the food service programs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in HR work.
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using HR software and HRIS databases.
  • HR competence and knowledge of HR processes and computer programs.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, coordinate, and carry out all human resource department projects and processes under the direction of the HR Director and HR Managers.
  • Assist with the hiring and onboarding of employees, including presenting onboarding materials and ensuring compliance with paperwork.
  • Support the recruiting team as needed.
  • Maintain I-9 documents and track employee certifications to ensure they are up to date.
  • Answer employee questions regarding the company handbook and HR policies.
  • Ensure employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential.
  • Conduct audits of employee files as needed.
  • Perform other duties as necessary and requested.
