About The Position

The HR Coordinator at Manatee Memorial Hospital is responsible for performing HR and administrative duties, supporting office operations, and representing the Human Resources Department to both internal and external customers. This role requires a broad knowledge of Human Resources functions and the ability to manage a busy HR environment while demonstrating service excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous administrative assistant/clerical duties in a fast-paced office setting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Computer literate with strong clerical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in all situations.
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills required.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Performs HR and administrative duties.
  • Provides support for office operations.
  • Represents the Human Resources Department to internal and external customers in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrates a broad-based knowledge of Human Resources functions and duties.
  • May have a dedicated specialty within the scope of the department.
  • Responsible for managing a busy HR environment and multi-tasking.
  • Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
