The Masco Service Center (MSC) provides HR Shared Services to our employees, and we're looking to add a hard-working Employee Experience Coordinator to our team. This position offers a flexible schedule with a mix of onsite and remote work. We are also open to fully remote candidates. As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you'll help employees with their HR-related questions that range from benefits to payroll to systems support and much more. We'll provide hands-on training and support in many areas of HR critical for offering fast and accurate assistance. In this position, you'll primarily assist employees when they contact the MSC by phone or our case management system. You'll also have the opportunity to support various department projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about various HR functions, providing a foundation for building a successful career in Human Resources.
