In this role, you will be responsible for and shape the HR controlling for approximately 2,200 employees. You will develop an annual personnel cost planning and monitor the agreed budget values in collaboration with the controlling department. Your tasks will include creating and analyzing personnel key figures, costs, reports, and statistics, as well as analyzing plan deviations with the respective stakeholders. You will independently create a monthly reporting system based on defined HR key figures (including forecast creation) and conduct ad-hoc analyses. Additionally, you will contribute to monthly and annual financial statements regarding relevant personnel costs, connect HR key figures with other departments, and accompany various HR projects. You will also support and participate in various HR digitalization projects.
