About The Position

The HR Compliance Temp position at Five Below involves providing day-to-day support to Crew Member Services Operations, advising crew members on HR policies and procedures, and managing various HR-related inquiries. The role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely responses to crew member contacts while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Shared Services, Call Centers, or People Operations is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Crew Member Services Operations.
  • Advise Crew Members on a wide range of HR policies, procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Intake Crew Member Services cases via calls, emails, web forms, paper mail, and walk-in contacts.
  • Maintain up-to-date and thorough notes using a case management system.
  • Meet established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Metrics.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Crew Member Services Lead.
