The HR Compliance Specialist reports to the Sr. Manager, HR Compliance and plays an integral role in the HR Compliance functional group. This position conducts internal and external audits, gathers and monitors HR policies and procedures for compliance and improvement. This position assists the organization with federal and state law compliance to support the development of compliance programs, policies, reporting and practices for the organization, in partnership with the leadership team.
