The HR Compliance Specialist will support functional areas of Employee Services as assigned, including but not limited to: OFCCP/AAP reporting; I-9 compliance; Pre-employment services; Unemployment Insurance claims; Immigration Services; Leave Administration; Workplace Accommodations; Drug and Alcohol program; HR regulatory compliance; compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and HR knowledge administration. Employee Services Analyst ensures adherence to the established policies and procedures, and established governance process. This position is remote and allows for work from home.
