About The Position

The HR Compliance Specialist supports the HR Compliance team and department in ensuring the organization fulfills its compliance responsibilities. This includes partnering with various departments to gather and share information, addressing compliance-related inquiries, and monitoring non-compliance. Additionally, the HR Compliance Specialist supports the implementation, monitoring, and auditing of compliance programs, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or Business Administration.
• Three (3) years of experience in HR or office administration with an HR focus.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements associated with background screenings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR and Compliance records, both electronic and paper-based.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
