About The Position

The HR Compliance Manager will be a key member of Intel's Global Employee and Labor Relations team, responsible for ensuring compliance with federal HR requirements and developing a consistent framework for managing employee and labor relations issues. This role involves overseeing global project coordination, monitoring regulatory changes, and managing HR compliance within the Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) function. The position offers opportunities for accelerated business and leadership learning, reporting directly to an executive.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in HR Compliance or policy oversight and creation.
  • Experience with Affirmative Action Compliance and Federal Agencies (DOL and EEOC).
  • Knowledge of HR Programs and Policies, Regulatory Compliance, Employment and Labor Laws, and HR Databases & Tools.
  • Experience in US Affirmative Action, Risk Management, and Regulatory Requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Legal experience is a plus.
  • Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Human Resource compliance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive HR compliance strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Audit HR processes and practices to identify compliance gaps and implement monitoring systems to track compliance issues.
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs for HR staff and employees, staying current with changing regulations.
  • Ensure HR practices related to data collection, storage, and usage comply with data protection regulations.
  • Work closely with legal, regulatory, and other departments to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives.
  • Communicate compliance updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess compliance risks related to HR activities and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the compliance team and assess the effectiveness of compliance processes.
  • Enable teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, and maintaining accountability.
