About The Position

The HR Compensation Analyst performs a variety of administrative and project related functions in order to support the Compensation team and Human Resource department on compensation initiatives. This role manages the Compensation actions in our HRIS system, calculates compensation, provides reports, ensures compliance, and prepares audits. It also uses strong communication skills to relay compensation information and provide guidance to employees, leaders, and HR partners, manages vendor relationships, and analyzes national market data, pay practices, reorganization initiatives, and compensation plans.
