Additionally, the HR Clerk supports the pre-employment hiring process by scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and conducting screenings including background checks. The position is responsible for managing the Attendance Program, providing timely corrective actions, and tracking FMLA and Short-Term Disability requests with effective communication. Other duties include organizing and maintaining employment files, filing documents according to standards, actively participating in production floor communication, conducting plant tours as needed, and managing locker assignments and inspections. The role requires flexibility in work schedule to support employee assistance and communication.
