About The Position

The HR Business Partner at Dart Container in Leola, PA, is responsible for aligning human resources strategies with business objectives to enhance the plant's HR functions. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and three years of progressive HR experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence decision-making and explain issues.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including creating reports and presentations in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of local, state, and federal HR laws and regulations such as FMLA, FLSA, and ADA.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to non-routine problems and apply new concepts effectively.
• Understanding of key HR metrics and general HR principles and practices.
• Experience with root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience using HRIS software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication and training.
