About The Position

The Team & Management Partner will provide daily HR guidance and consult with line management to support a positive and productive work environment. This role involves addressing employee morale and concerns proactively, reporting to management, and providing decision support through HR metrics. The individual will also serve as Mistral's first culture advocate, ensuring that the company's values and culture are upheld.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, most of which in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Cross country experience managing employee populations spread in different geographies, especially in EMEA.
  • Strong knowledge of French law & HR policy, employment regulations.
  • Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
