The position involves leading recruitment strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition to meet workforce needs and ensure timely, high-quality hires. The role requires cultivating partnerships with local schools, trade programs, and colleges to build sustainable talent pipelines. Additionally, the individual will design and maintain job descriptions, leveling frameworks, and compensation structures in compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Advising and coaching managers and employees on HR policies, employment laws, and employee relations is essential to promote a positive and compliant workplace culture. The role also includes conducting and resolving employee relations investigations, administering the ADA interactive process, managing leave of absence programs, and driving succession planning efforts. Overseeing performance management cycles, facilitating training programs, analyzing HR metrics, and managing HR processes within the Quality Management System (QMS) are also key responsibilities.
