The HR Manager will lead recruitment strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition to meet workforce needs and ensure timely, high-quality hires. This role involves cultivating partnerships with local schools, trade programs, and colleges to build sustainable talent pipelines. The HR Manager will design and maintain job descriptions, leveling frameworks, and compensation structures in compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Additionally, the manager will advise and coach managers and employees on HR policies, employment laws, and employee relations to promote a positive and compliant workplace culture. The position also includes conducting and resolving employee relations investigations, administering the ADA interactive process, driving succession planning efforts, overseeing performance management cycles, facilitating training programs, analyzing HR metrics, and managing HR processes within the Quality Management System (QMS).
