About The Position

Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide. We are currently seeking a full- time Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Corporate HR team. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides support to contract management team, responsible for identifying, investigating and resolving a full range of complex employee relations matters as well as working in a generalist capacity. Ensure corporate departments and program operation practices are aligned with the Company's policies and procedures. Collaborate with team to help build a company culture that reflects the Company's values and objectives and ultimately help to provide the best work environment possible to all employees.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; we will also consider candidates with relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
Minimum of (6-10) years of HR or employee relations experience with a large company
Experience supporting geographically dispersed employee population
Thorough understanding of regulatory/statutory environment
Strong employee relations background
Travel up to 25% to support facilities throughout assigned territory ( Florida)
Must be comfortable visiting and working within correctional facilities
Ability to obtain security clearance, to include drug screen and background check
