We are looking for a skilled and highly collaborative HR professional to join our North America team as a HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring key people services are delivered for their assigned stakeholder group(s). An integral member of the regional and global HR team, this role partners with managers and leadership to manage employee relations, performance management, labor and employee relations, engagement and reward, training, and succession planning. At your core, you’re an empathetic listener with a history of coaching and mentoring employees at all levels. Beyond that, you are a skilled problem-solver and a hands-on emerging leader not afraid of diving into the work.
