As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting and developing our North America HR operations within a dynamic and fast-paced global organization. This position is ideal for a driven HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to HR initiatives that shape our people strategy. In this role, you will partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to support and enhance HR processes that improve operational efficiency and employee engagement. You will bring a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving to help inform and strengthen HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.

  • Provide operational and analytical support to HR Business Partners across North America.
  • Develop and facilitate HR-specific training to strengthen technical and relational capabilities within HRBP teams.
  • Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and HR processes such as performance management and job requisition workflows.
  • Maintain and audit HRIS database records and employee files to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Generate, analyze, and interpret HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Support HR and cross-functional partners with activities related to Inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations in the United States.
  • Partner with HR leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support alignment of HR practices and regional/global priorities.
  • Provide feedback and insights that contribute to ongoing HR process and tool improvements.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reporting).
  • Experience working with HRIS systems.
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR functions and how they operate within a global organization.
  • Identify opportunities that enhance the effectiveness of HR processes and team workflows.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and teams, offering insights and practical solutions.
  • Exhibit strong communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
  • Embrace curiosity, agility, and innovation, particularly in the evolving HR and AI landscape.
  • Knowledge of labor relations, learning systems (e.g., Articulate), or HR analytics tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills preferred.
