Mortenson is seeking either an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals, support multiple businesses, and drive key talent and people-focused initiatives in collaboration with leadership. As a true HR practitioner, you have an innate sense of curiosity, enjoy learning all there is to know about the business and the groups you support and leveraging that knowledge to guide and influence leaders. You're adept at balancing the HR and business agenda, while building connections to foster strategic partnerships to drive results. Location: MN-HQ (hybrid) Travel: between 15% and 25% This position offers opportunities at both levels HRBP and Senior HRBP, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.
