Your Role Gensler’s office in Chicago is seeking a highly experienced Regional HR Business Partner, reporting to the Regional HR Director. This position will be part of the regional HR team and have responsibility working directly with staff and leadership in Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit, Columbus and La Crosse of 300+ people to support all aspects of human resource & talent management services. This is an opportunity to design, lead and promote strategic HR initiatives in a cutting edge, client-focused environment. This role is in-person within our flexible culture. We look forward to working with our new HR Business Partner in our dynamic Chicago office.
