About The Position
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with Indigenous Pact, you will play a vital role in supporting the mission-driven work of care communities and their mobile operations. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring our employees are empowered to provide exceptional member care. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, Community Care, you will assist with people strategies that align with our commitment to community health and well-being. In this role, you will oversee the People Operations Partner for care communities, serving as a leader and resource in employment law, compliance, employee relations, and leadership coaching. Your ability to work quickly and responsively will ensure outstanding employee experience, enabling our staff to focus on delivering high-quality care to members. This position is pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence, equity, and collaboration.
