About The Position

As an HR Business Partner on the NACF People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team at Amazon, you will provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders. This role involves both tactical and strategic work, focusing on employee onboarding, talent management, and employee engagement. You will partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives and utilize data-driven recommendations to improve employee experience and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of human resources generalist experience or a blend of HR and Operations.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree or MBA in HR Management
• Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
• Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading employees
• Proficiency with HRIS Systems
• Human Resources experience with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on internal customer service and employee engagement.
