The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning Christian Care Ministry (CCM) business objectives with employees and management. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to operational leaders and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. This role serves as a consultant to management and employees; balancing employee advocacy and operational needs. The HRBP administers human resources policies and programs, promotes equity, advocates for fair treatment and positive employee relations. This role supports employee relations, employee retention, leave administration, performance management, conflict management and leadership development.
