The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to management, driving division-wide HR initiatives that align with business objectives. This role is critical in fostering organizational success across multiple regions and within multiple business units by collaborating with worldwide teams to develop and execute talent strategies that support business growth. The HRBP will champion employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce development, and other key HR initiatives to support the long-term strategy of the division. This is a unique role where the HR Business Partner will be able to support multiple functions within different business divisions with Bruker Nano, Inc. (i.e., commercial, marketing, operations, and R&D functions).
